What kind of warranty comes with my electronics?
All products purchased from iPlanet come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental damage and liquid spills at the point of purchase.
How long does shipping take for high-value items?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For high-value electronics, we require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely and securely.
What is your return policy for opened devices?
You can return devices within 14 days of delivery. Please note that opened electronics may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is found to be defective.
Are the products on iPlanet brand new or refurbished?
We primarily sell brand-new, factory-sealed electronics. Any refurbished items are clearly labeled in the product title and have undergone a rigorous 50-point inspection process.
Do you offer trade-in credit for old devices?
Yes, through our iPlanet Trade-In program, you can receive store credit for your old smartphones, tablets, and laptops to use toward the purchase of new gear.
