At iPlanet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase; if you are not, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your iPlanet account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original box with all cables, manuals, and components, then pack it into a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or iPlanet retail store.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
